Register as a model

MODEL QUESTIONNAIRE IN ENGLISH
This is what you have to do to register as a model in the database:

1. Copy and paste the model questionnaire below into Notepad, Wordpad or another text-editor
2. Answer all the questions and fill in the requested information and copy all of it into a new Email
3. Attach at least 3 exclusively and custom-made photos (*) of you for use in the model database
4. Scan or take a photo of your passport or drivers license and attach it too (not to be published)
5. When everything is ready, send it to June.Helene.Nilsen@HotMail.com to be presented here

* Write porno-debut.net on a part of your body which will be visible in the photos you're about
to shoot. If you don't spell it right or the photos or copy of ID is missing, you will not be listed...
